St. Giles Church, Haughton

St. Giles Church is a short walk from the school and is a very special part of our school family and community.  Rev. Cath is a regular friendly face in school to support teaching, delivering and advising on Collective Worship and supporting the school’s development as a governor. Furthermore, Rev. Cath works closely with our Faith Team to foster our Christian distinctiveness; develop our spirituality; and enhance our community relationships. Our pupils love seeing Rev. Cath in school, at church and in our local community.

We make half-termly visits to the church for Collective Worship and regular visits throughout the year for special services at Harvest, Christmas and Easter which all our children take part in. ​
